  The room was swapped at check-in for no reason. Our room was tiny, the queen size bed took up most of the space. No luggage rack or even a table provided. The in room booklet stated that every room has a dishwasher! Not even a tiny microwave, just kettle and cups and teaspoons. We had to use the ironing board from the closet (which was huge, bigger than mine at home, go figure) to eat takeaway food from, sitting on the edge of the bed with barely enough space for our knees, eating with teaspoons as there was no other cutlery provided. This room is not shown on the website and I feel as though we were shoved into a cheaper room because they were overbooked, I can't think of any other reason. The manager of the breakfast room got snippy because we got there as she was cleaning up - it closes at 9, we got there at 8:40 and were finished and out by 8:50. 2 stars because the receptionist was polite and the toilet was clean. Not good enough reasons to stay there again.
